The Sandcastle Room
This large room is almost 300 sq. ft. and $1495/mo for a 24 month lease or $1595/mo for a 12 month lease.
It offers two windows, water access, and is the largest room in the wellness center. It is located toward the back and in a more secluded part of the wellness center, very private. This space would be great for a Doctor, or medical esthetics practice, IV clinic, a physical therapy practice, or headspa. It is very versatile to fit a variety of practice needs!
